Do my clients need an account?
Private galleries ask clients to sign in with a free Cone ID, so you know exactly who opened what and can block anyone. Public galleries open straight away, no account needed.
Where are my photos stored?
In StorageCone, in a ConePic folder with one folder per gallery. It's the same storage in both apps, so files you add or delete in one show up in the other.
What does the free gallery include?
Every feature, for one gallery that stays open for a set number of days. Choose the ConePic plan for unlimited galleries that stay open as long as you like.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Add your logo and studio name once. They show on every gallery, your studio page and the watermark.
Can clients download the photos?
You choose: no downloads, web size or full resolution, with or without a ZIP of everything. You can change it per client at any time.
Can I deliver videos?
Yes. Upload videos with the photos and clients play them in the gallery.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and isn't renewed. Your files stay in StorageCone.
Galleries
How do sets work?
Sets split a gallery into parts like Ceremony and Reception. Each set is a subfolder in StorageCone, so renaming or moving files in one app updates the other.
Can I hide a photo from clients?
Yes. Hide any photo from the gallery's Photos tab or the full-screen viewer. Hidden photos stay in your files but clients don't see them.
What is face scan?
When you turn it on, faces are found as photos finish uploading. Guests take a selfie and see only the photos they're in. You can give anyone full access with one switch.
How do I get my client's picks into Lightroom?
Open the gallery's Picks tab and copy the file names. Paste them into a Lightroom filter to select the same photos.
Can I set a gallery to close on a date?
Yes, on the ConePic plan. Free galleries close after the free period.
For clients and guests
I was sent a gallery link. Do I need to pay?
No. Opening galleries, picking favourites and commenting is free. Private galleries ask you to sign in with a free Cone ID.
Why can I only see some of the photos?
If you joined with a selfie, you see the photos you're in. Ask the photographer for full access to see everything.
How do I download my photos?
Use the download button on a photo or the gallery menu. What you can download is set by your photographer.
Billing and storage
How much storage do I get?
Everyone starts with 5 GB free. The ConePic plan gives you StorageCone's 100 GB Pro plan in its place (100 GB in total), paid with your ConePic plan and renewed with it. Need more? Add storage blocks anytime from Storage (billed monthly by StorageCone, cancel any time); it's the same storage in both apps.
What happens to my photos if my plan ends?
Galleries close for clients, and the storage that comes with the plan (and any add-ons) ends with it. Your files stay as they are for 14 days so you can renew; after that, only files over the free storage move to Trash, and nothing within it is touched.
Can I pay in USD?
Yes. Prices are shown in INR or USD; switch the currency on the pricing card.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment. See the refund policy for details.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link from Plan & settings. When someone you refer pays for the ConePic plan, you get free plan days.
